Mr. Catlin, Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of acquisitions on behalf of the Manager. He focuses his time on office and industrial product in Chicago and the Northeast.

Prior to joining the Manager, Mr. Catlin was a Senior Financial Analyst with Boston Properties where he worked for four years as a member of the acquisitions and capital markets teams. While at Boston Properties, Mr. Catlin participated in the acquisition, disposition, and development of Class A office properties, mainly in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia . In addition, Mr. Catlin led the tenant underwriting group at the firm. Mr. Catlin earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance at Boston University.
