Mr. Collura, Acquisitions Director for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for origination, underwriting, due diligence oversight and execution of acquisitions on behalf of the Manager.

Prior to joining the Manager in 2006, Mr. Collura was an associate with Morgan Stanleyís US Real Estate Investing Division in Boston where he worked for two years as a member of the acquisitions team. Before Morgan Stanley, Mr. Collura spent four years with RREEFís acquisitions group in San Francisco and GE Capitalís real estate private equity group in Atlanta.

Mr. Collura earned a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from Northwestern Universityís Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Collura is an executive committee member of ULIís Young Leaders Group in Boston.
