Mr. Dretler, Managing Director - Portfolio Operations for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the management of the financing program, acquisition closings, valuations, dispositions and portfolio operations.

Prior to joining the Manager in 2006, Mr. Dretler was an acquisitions director with Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation in Boston . Prior to Intercontinental, Mr. Dretler worked in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management with TA Associates Realty where he underwrote the acquisition of more than $1 billion of real estate and sold over $300 million of property. Mr. Dretler previously worked in asset management for Copley Real Estate Advisors. Mr. Dretler received an MBA from Emory University ’s Goizueta School of Business and his B.A. from the University of Michigan .
