Mr. Holmes, Director - Asset Management for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, presently oversees office, industrial, and multi-family properties in Illinois, New England, and Missouri.

Prior to joining the Manager in 2006, Mr. Holmes was District Manager for RREEF for five years in the New England area. He was responsible for the coordination and performance of acquisitions, leasing, management, and disposition of all RREEF assets within the area. From 1998 to 2001 he was General Manager of Equity Office Properties, responsible for office assets in Boston, Cambridge and suburban Boston.

Mr. Holmes received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 1985. He received a Master in Business Administration from Boston College in 1998, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1999. He is a licensed broker in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
