Mr. Keenan, Managing Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC is responsible for origination, underwriting, due diligence oversight and execution of acquisitions on behalf of the Manager. He focuses on the Atlanta , Denver and New Jersey markets.

Prior to joining the Manager in May 2006, Mr. Keenan was Director of Office Investments and Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at GID Investment ("GID"), where he was responsible for overseeing GID's office investment activities in assigned markets. Mr. Keenan was an Asset Manager at the Boston Financial Group, where he monitored a portfolio of over 50 apartment properties. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Keenan worked for an advisory group in Miami, Florida and a private organization in Boston.

Mr. Keenan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Keenan is a full member of the ULI member of the IOPC-Silver Council and a member of NAIOP.
