Mr. Skiadas, Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions on behalf of the Manager. He focuses on the Dallas and Houston markets and multi-family product nationally.Prior to joining the Manager at its inception, Mr. Skiadas spent five years at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he was a Director within the Acquisitions and Development group. In this capacity he was responsible for evaluating several billion dollars worth of investments. Mr. Skiadas began his career as an Analyst within the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Bankers Trust.Mr. Skiadas holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School.
