Mr. Sutherby, Controller of Portfolio Accounting for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for coordinating the reporting of third-party property managers and supplying property operating information to asset managers and executive management.Prior to joining the Manager in 2006, Mr. Sutherby was financial controller for The Wilder Companies, LTD, a national retail real estate firm. Prior to joining Wilder, Mr. Sutherby held controllership and other accounting positions at various real estate companies including Urban Retail Properties Co. and R.M. Bradley & Co. Inc. Mr. Sutherby earned his B.A. at Boston College.
