Mr. Anderson, Director - Investor Relations for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, works with CRP's current and prospective investors on all aspects of capital sourcing, marketing, and investor relations.

Prior to joining CRP, Mr. Anderson was a Director of Investor Relations for GE Real Estate's Global Investment Management business, responsible for capital sourcing and managing client relationships. He joined the Global Investment Management team from GE Real Estate's North America Equity platform, where he specialized in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of office, hotel and apartment assets. Prior, Mr. Anderson was part of GE Capital's Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, rotating through multiple GE Capital businesses. Prior to GE, Mr. Anderson was a commercial broker for Transwestern focused on office sales and leasing in the Washington DC area.

Mr. Anderson holds a BS from Villanova University, and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
