Mr. Catlin, Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of acquisitions on behalf of CRP. He focuses on the Boston, Chicago and Minneapolis markets.
Prior to joining CRP at its inception, Mr. Catlin was a Senior Financial Analyst with Boston Properties. From 2001 to 2005, he was a member of the acquisitions and capital markets teams participating in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of more than $1 billion of Class A office properties.
Mr. Catlin earned a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from The School of Management at Boston University. |
