Mr. Collura, Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions on behalf of CRP. He focuses on office and industrial product in Kansas City, St. Louis and Denver.
Prior to joining CRP in 2006, Mr. Collura was an associate with Morgan Stanley's US Real Estate Investing Division in Boston for two years where he worked on acquisitions in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Before Morgan Stanley, Mr. Collura was a senior associate with RREEF's acquisitions team in San Francisco for four years and an associate with GE Capital's preferred equity/mezzanine debt real estate investing group in Atlanta.
Mr. Collura earned a B.A. in economics from Amherst College and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Collura is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Finance Association. |
