Mr. Fiumara, Director - Asset Management for CRP, is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets in the DC Metro markets.

Prior to joining CRP, Mr. Fiumara worked as a commercial real estate trainee appraiser at David Hark Associates, completing over 250 education hours and 1,500 experience hours working with two licensed general appraisers. Following his appraisal work, Mr. Fiumara worked for the Drumlin Group brokering commercial real estate transactions on all property types in the suburban Boston market.

Mr. Fiumara earned his B.S. in Community Development and Applied Economics at the University of Vermont. He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts.
