Mr. Freeman, Director - Asset Management for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the investment strategy for office and industrial properties in Portland, Seattle and throughout California.
Prior to joining CRP in May 2007, Mr. Freeman spent four years at American Realty Advisors where he was an Asset Manager focusing on Southern California. From 1995-2003, Mr. Freeman has worked in commercial lending, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management with ABN AMRO, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Wells Fargo.
Mr. Freeman holds a B.A. in Finance from Morehouse College and an MBA concentrating in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. |
