Mr. Karnick, Managing Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the origination, evaluation and acquisition of commercial property throughout California.
Prior to joining CRP in July 2005, Mr. Karnick was a Principal of Sequoia Realty Advisors where he was responsible for the firm’s consulting practice and advising clients on over $2.5 billion of acquired or portfolio-based commercial property. Previously, Mr. Karnick was a Vice President of ING Realty Partners in Los Angeles responsible for the origination, acquisition, asset management and disposition of investment properties totaling more than $700 million. Prior to joining ING, Mr. Karnick was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Consulting Group of CB Richard Ellis. He began his real estate career as a Market Analyst with BRE Commercial.
