Ms. Margolis, Director - Investor Relations for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, works with CRP's current and prospective investors on all aspects of capital sourcing, marketing, and investor relations.

Prior to her role in Investor Relations, Ms. Margolis was a portfolio analyst at CRP, where her responsibilities included property valuations, portfolio analysis, operations, insurance and dispositions. Prior to joining CRP, Ms. Margolis was the Director of Research for Lincoln Property Company in Boston, where she was responsible for producing quarterly statistics and market reports. She also assisted in the production and presentation of market updates to prospective and current clients. Prior to Lincoln, Ms. Margolis worked in the research department of Cushman and Wakefield.

Ms. Margolis earned her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Mathematics from Bates College and a Master of Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
