Mr. Skiadas, Director - Acquisitions for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions on behalf of CRP. He focuses on the Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia markets as well as multifamily investments nationally.
Prior to joining CRP at its inception, Mr. Skiadas spent five years at Tishman Speyer Properties, where he was a Director within the Acquisitions and Development group. In this capacity he was responsible for evaluating several billion dollars worth of investments and was a key player in the structuring and execution of transactions on behalf of the firm's series of institutional investment funds. Mr. Skiadas began his career as an Analyst within the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Bankers Trust.
