Mr. Stifter, Director of Research for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, oversees CRP's Research team which utilizes industry research sources such as Costar, PPR, Real Capital Analytics, and Green Street Advisors in conjunction with real-time market data collected through the firm's relationships with a long standing network of local and regional operating companies to assist the acquisition teams in evaluating potential investments.
Prior to CRP Mr. Stifter worked for five years as a Senior Project Manager at Investors Bank and Trust where he formed and managed an internal information consulting group.
Mr. Stifter received a BA in International Relations in 2001, and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University in 2006 where he graduated as valedictorian. |
