Ms. Strong, Managing Director - Asset Management for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, and multifamily assets in Atlanta, Georgia.
Prior to joining CRP, Ms. Strong sourced and executed residential development projects for New Boston Fund's Urban Strategy America Fund, a $200 million private equity fund, where she placed more than $10 million in equity. Previously, Ms. Strong served as a construction lender for KeyBank, NA, underwriting and funding more than $70 million in retail, and residential projects during her three year tenure. Ms. Strong also has more than twelve years of experience in Retail Real Estate, with leasing and research experience from Marshalls, Inc., and Staples, Inc.
Ms. Strong earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and a MSRED from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a member of New England Women in Real Estate, the YWCA Boston Asset Management Committee, Treasurer and Board Member for Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, and President of the national chapter of AAREP (African American Real Estate Professionals). |
