Mr. Tonks, Director - Portfolio Operations for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for the management of the financing program as well as day to day involvement in acquisition closings, valuations, dispositions, and portfolio operations for CRP.
Prior to joining CRP in 2008, Mr. Tonks was a large loan originator for the National Accounts group at TIAA-CREF in Charlotte, NC, sourcing, underwriting, and closing large transactions including whole loans, subordinate and mezzanine debt, as well as other structured debt offerings. Prior to TIAA-CREF, Mr. Tonks worked in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for Harbor Group International, a real estate investment firm in Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Tonks previously worked in mortgage banking at Fantini & Gorga in Boston.
Mr. Tonks received an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BS from the College of William & Mary. |
