Ms. Wren, Asset Management for Colony Realty Partners, LLC, is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial and retail assets in the DC Metro markets.
Prior to her role as Asset Manager, Ms. Wren was an Asset Management Analyst at CRP, where her responsibilities included portfolio analysis, operations and the preparation of data for quarterly and annual reporting. Prior to joining CRP in 2006, Ms. Wren worked in Property Management at Meredith & Grew, Inc. in Boston, where she was involved in the day to day operations of two million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets for the MIT Real Estate Investment portfolio.
Ms. Wren earned her B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business. |
